Alden Terrace Convalescent Hospital features a secured unit for Dementia disorders/wanderers Safety and security. This includes 24 hours a day totally secured ‘Locked’ exits, multi-level structured programs or activities 7 days a week, and 24-hr skilled nursing services in both open and secured units.
Our Registered Nurses, Licensed vocational, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Restorative Nursing Aids collaborate with quality teamwork to ensure the best nursing care for our residents.
